- Internet connection. Stable internet connection is a must to ensure proper communication via calls and webchat. We recommend using ethernet as some Wi-fi networks are not set up for large amounts of simultaneous traffic and might not be stable. Although home internet in Lithuania is considered of the highest quality in Europe.
- A comfortable, high quality headset. A good sound and isolation quality is very recommended as many agents will have to work in a home environment, surrounded by other members of the family. Low quality earphones can cause fatigue and hearing problems. We are suggesting you to draw agents’ attention towards this aspect in order to provide excellent experience for them and your customers.
